By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

BACK TO BASICS

Video's

Je krijgt levenslang toegang tot de video's in het Back to Basics traject. Alle video's blijven eigendom van Studio 84 Antwerp en zijn intellectueel beschermd. Het is verboden om de video's te kopiëren en te verspreiden, in welke vorm dan ook. De inloggegevens voor het Back to Basics traject zijn strikt persoonlijk en niet overdraagbraar.

Als blijkt dat je misbruik maakt en Back to Basics verspreid, word je onherroepelijk uit het traject gezet en worden er juridische stappen ondernomen.

Kostprijs

Back to Basics kost 277€ voor heel het traject of 49,95€ per maand gespreid over 6 maanden.

Je krijgt het factuur van je aankoop automatisch via mail.

Als je kiest voor de gespreide betaling in schijven, zal er maandelijks automatisch 49,95€ van je rekening gaan voor een periode van 6 maanden. Mislukt deze automatische betaling, dan krijg je één herinnering om de betaling in orde te brengen binnen de tien dagen. Breng je het na deze herinnering niet in orde, dan word je onherroepelijk uit het traject gezet en worden er juridische stappen ondernomen om het resterende saldo te innen.

Back to Basics wordt niet terugbetaald.

Aansprakelijkheid

Studio 84 Antwerp is niet aansprakelijk of verantwoordelijk voor verkeerd stemgebruik. De oefeningen in het Back to Basics traject zijn bedoeld je te helpen en je zangstem te trainen. Dit traject vervangt geen medische bijstand. Voel je dat je een stemprobleem hebt, neem dan contact op met een NKO-arts voor verdere opvolging.

LEVEL UP

ARTIKEL 1 INTELLECTUELE EIGENDOM

Je krijgt levenslang toegang tot de video's in het Level Up traject. Alle video's blijven eigendom van Studio 84 Antwerp en zijn intellectueel beschermd. Het is verboden om de video's te kopiëren en te verspreiden, in welke vorm dan ook. De inloggegevens voor het Level Up traject zijn strikt persoonlijk en niet overdraagbraar.

Als blijkt dat je misbruik maakt en Level Up verspreidt, word je onherroepelijk uit het traject gezet en worden er juridische stappen ondernomen.

ARTIKEL 2 KOSTPRIJS

Level Up is onderverdeeld in 3 levels: Access All Areas, Guided Stars en Under Study.

AAA

De investering is 1088€ voor heel het traject of 218€ per maand gespreid over 6 maanden.

De AAA members hebben recht op het volgende: de volledige inhoud van Level Up, ze komen aan het woord in de maandelijkse live online groepslessen, ze krijgen een privé whatsapp groep met 24/7 toegang tot feedback van Robin De la Rue, er is een online kick-off aan de start van Level Up en een online celebratory afsluit na afloop van Level Up, in het midden van het traject is er een live workshop dag in Studio 84 Antwerp met lunch.

De investering is 533€ voor heel het traject of 107€ per maand gespreid over 6 maanden.

De Guided Stars hebben recht op het volgende: de volledige inhoud van Level Up, toegang tot de maandelijkse live online groepsles en een community support groep op Facebook of Teachable.

De investering is 433€ voor heel het traject of 87€ per maand gespreid over 6 maanden.

De Under Study’s hebben recht op het volgende: de volledige inhoud van Level Up.

Je krijgt het factuur van je aankoop automatisch via mail. Als je kiest voor de gespreide betaling in schijven, zal het maandelijkse bedrag automatisch van je rekening gaan voor een periode van 6 maanden. Mislukt deze automatische betaling, dan krijg je één herinnering om de betaling in orde te brengen binnen de tien dagen. Breng je het na deze herinnering niet in orde, dan word je onherroepelijk uit het traject gezet en worden er juridische stappen ondernomen om het resterende saldo te innen.

Level Up wordt in geen enkel geval terugbetaald, no refunds.

ARTIKEL 3 TIMING

De live online groepslessen zullen gedurende 6 maanden maandelijks plaatsvinden en elke les duurt 2 uur. Als je er om welke reden dan ook niet live kan bijzijn, dan ontvang je na afloop de integrale replay. Studio 84 Antwerp beslist de planning van de live online groepslessen en garandeert 1 groepsles per maand op een weekenddag.

ARTIKEL 4 AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

Bij het niet naleven van deze algemene voorwaarden behoudt Studio 84 Antwerp ten allen tijde het recht je onherroepelijk uit Level Up te verwijderen.
